About This Project

These coffee tables are unique pieces made by hand.
Usually, I produce tables that would be perfect for living room, as coffee tables. The wood sometimes comes from an old board and sometimes I use an old table, too destroyed to be used without major reparations made. In the tables I incorporated semitransparent blue epoxy to highlight its natural lines. The tables really shine in its full beauty in natural light when it gives off a strong contrast between the wood and the transparent blue resin. If it’s possible, I leave the natural curves of the wood for aesthetic aspects.

As I always adored neon lights, I often incorporate some glow in the dark powder in the resin to give it some cool night glow. After it’s charged during the daytime or with some lights, it will glow quite strong for 30 minutes and then less and less throughout the night, up to 8 hours. It’s a really cool effect but also really hard to capture good on the photos.
